Overview
As (Senior) Regional / Field Marketeer, you own the regional demand generation strategy and its measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You translate business and sales priorities into data-driven marketing programs, combining strategic planning with strong execution.
You work as a strategic partner to sales, using insights, reporting, and lead intelligence to continuously optimize campaigns, events, and ABM/sector initiatives. ---
Key Responsibilities
Regional Demand Strategy & Insights
- Define and execute the regional demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
- Use data and market insights to prioritize target segments, accounts, and campaigns
- Translate pipeline and performance data into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales
- Own regional lead flow, from campaign response to MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution
- Define KPIs for demand generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing contribution to pipeline
- Analyze lead performance across channels, campaigns, and accounts
- Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars
- Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for targeted account groups or sectors (if applicable)
- Optimize campaigns and events based on performance data and sales feedback
- Act as a strategic marketing partner to regional sales team and leadership
- Align closely with sales on ICPs, messaging, target accounts, funnel stages, and follow-up
- Provide insights on lead quality, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness
- Support sales with data-driven recommendations and enablement materials
- Collaborate with external network partners and multipliers to generate leads and demand for the region
- Test, measure, and optimize campaigns, messaging, and channels
- Share insights and best practices within the marketing team
- Contribute to improving lead management processes and reporting standards
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in regional, field, or demand generation roles
- Native Dutch and excellent English language skills.
- Strong experience with data-driven marketing, lead tracking, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to work closely with sales on pipeline and revenue objectives
- Experience with events, webinars, and ABM and multi-channel campaigns
- Analytical mindset combined with a strategic, business-oriented approach
