We're looking for a senior, hands-on M365 and identity engineer – someone who's genuinely at home in Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft cloud stack. This isn't a strategy role. It's a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you'll bring structure, security, and scalability to a growing multi-entity environment.You'll work closely with the CTAIO and the IT team to modernise how we manage identities, devices, access, and collaboration – across countries, offices, and ongoing M&A integrations.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve tenant architecture, governance, and security posture across our M365 environment
- Design and enforce identity and access management through Entra ID–conditional access, SSO, lifecycle management
- Manage device enrolment and compliance through Intune, including automated onboarding workflows
- Structure andoptimiseSharePoint and OneDrive–permissions, governance, information architecture
- Integrate third-party applications via SSO, SCIM provisioning, and enterprise app configurations
- Support tenant migrations and consolidations as part of M&A integration projects
- Automate repetitive IT processes using PowerShell, Graph API, or Power Automate
What You Bring
Core: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD) in a professional environment. Deep working knowledge of conditional access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online. Fluent English is required; German or Dutch is a plus.You should be strong across most of:
Identity & Access – Entra ID, conditional access policies, SSO/SAML/OIDC, MFA, PIM, access reviews, guest access governance
Endpoint Management – Intune device compliance & configuration profiles, Autopilot, app deployment, zero-touch provisioning
Collaboration & Governance – SharePoint site architecture, OneDrive policies, Teams governance, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies
Automation & Integration – PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate; experience integrating SaaS applications into the M365 ecosystem
Bonus if you've done tenant-to-tenant migrations or worked in multi-entity / post-acquisition environments.
Nice-to-have: Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-300, MS-102, MD-102), experience with Azure infrastructure beyond M365, familiarity with SIEM/log analytics (Sentinel, Defender), ITIL or comparable frameworks.
